Servatiel - "Servant of God".
The name roots from Servatius which means "to have been saved."
His most original name being Seth which means "the appointed".
It seems like this was his path that God had intended for him all along.
[edit] Purpose and Mission ;
Associated with the elements wind and fire and the passions of life, Servatiel reigns over the Faith and love in mankind. Servatiel is an appointed guardian and protector of these things within humanity and of humanity and is told to be right amongst them rather than above them. Once a born demon known as Seth (to which the name still be used while on earth unless you want to call him Servatiel - sometimes shortened to Vatiel, but he doesn't spread along the name to a whole many except those who should know it), he works to encourage and spread Love and Faith in mankind and protect them from the taunting that may turn them from His Good Graces.
When you begin to doubt, he is there. When you feel alone, he is there. When the Lord seems so far away from you, you might find someone near by with a smile, some knowing words, an ear and shoulder and possibly a cigarette. He will talk to anyone, anyone at all, anyone willing to find Him ; and he will encourage anyone willing to fight for His Grace no matter what you are at the time being, what you were, what you did, or still do, or anything. If you have even the smallest desire to be in His Grace, he will help you as much as he can. He can't make the Lord open his arms to you but he can tell you that His arms were always and will always be open to you. If you find yourself falling, he will catch you. If you wanna rock the fuck out, he's so there. If you're a piece of nerve grating shit with no light, no desire for His Grace, no respect, and only a wish to follow under Lucifer's lead than he will grant it as he will probably smite you motherfucker. If you're a demon fucking around with another human you might want to pray for an Angel of Mercy. Anyone that breaks the rules of no direct contact and takes possession of another human will be driven right back down to the ground they rose from.
He is a dedicated soldier in His Righteous Army with an unshakable love and a fierce loyalty for his Father. Freedom loving, cultural, and passionate, he has a fiery passion and a divine wrath to don't want to mess with - searing hot tornadoes, smoking sandstorms, and Righteous flaming swords? Peace and fucking love you assholes. God loves you and Servatiel (probably) does to.

After rising and fighting alongside the angels for God, the world was not extinguished. It was remade just how it was before the gears started turning and with the exact same history. Everything was restored to how it was but wars were stopped, and peace was made amongst enemies, and people came together and live together as they used to. The world is not perfect but it is, more or less, comfortable and safe.
So what does he do now? What he always did and what he loves doing. You'll see him backstage with the good old rock and rollers. He'll be there, chilling. Helping bands set up and just hanging out. You know, being the badass he is. He wont judge their habits. He's not a preacher, but if they ask then he'll tell them. If they ask, heart, mind, or verbal words. Otherwise? He just loved life and he loves music and Nikki Sixx is still fucking cool. On other days, he'll go from place to place and indulge himself in the music and art of a culture and the culture in whole. India, France, Iceland, it doesn't matter. He'll go there just to see it, live it,love it, give aid when it's needed.
What else does he do? Well, he still kicks ass. Don't cross him unkindly and DO NOT let him catch you breaking the rules. Hey, you're a demon? That's fine and dandy. Hell (no pun intended), he'll get along with Lucifer just fine. He knows very well that good and evil are extremely interpretive words. Just do NOT end a human because that wull surely be the end of you.
[edit] Personality Changes ;
Honestly, not a lot has changed. He's still fiery, he's still very passionate. He still has his issues with many sins. He still drinks and smokes from time to time. He's not as indulgent as he used to be, however. Not when it comes to 'forbidden' things, but he still does slip up. He's far from perfect. All the same, Seth radiates faith and love. He's a pretty cool dude, easy to talk to, funny, uplifting. He'll buy you a drink and lend you a smoke and talk with you as long as you want to. He's dedicated to his Father and loves Yah so incredibly blindly there's no words for it. Overall though, the core things that made Seth who he was still remain. Just... they're a little more Holy in nature.
